We took about 3 1/2 inches out of the front and between 10 and 12 inches out of the back

  11. Really sweet and cool ride. Think i will get a slight chop and make the Tudor into a Hardtop next winter.

Norrland: I think there is 1946-48 sedan with chopped carson top in Sweden. It's gray if I remember right.

  13. I know. But i think it has an Ugly top. Its kind of squerre around the rear side winwows.

Tought it would be cool to still have the tin-roof but like a carson look. like a standard hardtop car.

Like the roofline on this carsontopped 40's Ford's moore

    I agree.

  16. I have a 48 Business coupe that I added long doors and moved the roof forward on the A pillars with a 6 inch chop made a pattern of a 36 ford 3 window door gl*** and built my doors to match. one area that always offends me on these fords is the peak at the top of the windshields. espeacially v-****ed windshields

Sorry we sold that already, but there are some other odds and ends that will get sold if I don't use them. PM me with what you need.

The Blue Coupe with the radical chop is cool!!! Personally the stock roof is too high on these cars and does not have any flow from the factory, they look a little cartoonish "like a toy Chevron car". Mine is attached!

Here's a few more pics, the rear window lays really nice and looks like it's been cut, but is stock. Tail light's are 1958 VW, looking for side moulding stainless!

  22. Thanks.

Really nice ride u got there. Kind of cool those VW taillights. A friend has them on his 58 Volvo 544 thats buildt to look like a mini 41-48 Ford.

I think '41 Fords were built to kustomize especially the coupe.
