Here are some of my pics. Feel free to add your own. I got liquored up and left my camera on my tire and accidentally ran over it.

Yngrodder got his A running in time for the Nats. It had a crowd around it all weekend long.

Boyd and Mike Curtis also had a rat rod build off. I didn't get any pics of either but I wish my interior was as nice as Boyd's "Rat". I am sure it will be coming to a TV near you. Mike's truck was pretty cool though.

I was running out of beer and since yngrodder and I were about 100 feet from the Boyd circus, the note said "vote here" 1 vote=1 beer. Unfortunately we are still waiting fo the tie breaker. So far it is 0/0. [IMG]

plowboy - my dad called me from the show - he said - your never gonna believe this - some guy took the rear end of a 60 buick and put it on his truck! I said is it baby blue - he goes - yeah -

He thought your truck was cool as hell. I told him to go talk to you

I doubt he did - anyway, I though that was cool

I kept trying to find youngrodder's car all weekend long, and had told Plowboy about it, next thing I know he brought the car to me. That thing rules, and has a cool history.

The Spacetruck had a crowd around it all weekend long as well, when it wasn't cruising around.

He walked over to say hello and never mentioned whether he had the truck on the grounds or not. He was not in his usual jovial mood, something seemed wrong, maybe it was cuz he was truckless? In any event it was still good to see him and get a hug. Sure wish he dad was with him. He's a very cool dude.

Great shots fellows. I'll post mine after work tonight.

Hey ****o, he sold the truck, came up in his daily while the wife and kids went school shopping, he said he picked up a new project that morning, a 1948 Fleetline, I think.

I am going to make a sign that says "60 Buick" and fly it on a flag over my truck. I must have said that phrase 200 times whether I was sitting in my chair drinking a cold one or driving around getting stopped with the "is that a (insert any random car make here) rear?"

Yngrodder needs to make a tape of is schpeel too. You wouldn't believe the amount of people that thought he built that car that way on purpose until he showed them the "in the woods" pictures.

It was good to meet some new people, although I am terrible with names, especially in crowds, I tend to forget faces too unless I have met someone a couple times or talked to them for an hour or so. Hopefully I will remember your name next time. Hell, I can't even remember who all I ate with Friday night. Next time you see me driving around, flag me down and I may even have a cold one with your name on it.

    Yeah,
COOL pics. Thanks for coming down to the gallery. and thanks for giving me a spin in the Space Truck.

Sorry I didn't make it up the NATS. Hopefully next year I'll be there.
This is one of the only years I've missed lately.....

The Brooding Swede needed help working on his '35, so we went to his house and put his truck together instead of going to the nats. I wouldn't have had it any other way. Maybe next year he can get his truck in there and....BAM! there we'll be. [IMG]

  23. That pic nick32vic posted looks like a early 60's hotrod mag cover.
