I would love to make it but 7 hours in the snow/ice and the wife. Im not sure I could handle that. Is it a traditional only show or broad range of rods?

I might consider just taking the DD up there if it'll work out.

I know what cars you're referring to, but my old man's car was in the "other room" as well as in the GSTA show and his car has gotten thousands of miles in the past 2 years rain or shine. A few passes down the dragstrip too.

I emailed JR about this today... and I'll see what we can do as far as getting you guys involved. I think it would be rad. We can talk over the phone about the details etc.. as far as a catagory I think its a great idea.

Redpunk is thinking about bringing the louver press- and there may be an exaust bender... it would be great to show some of that stuff to the students to get them interested in the hobby...

Well... there's NO WAY that I'll make this deadline. I have way too much to do to even make it a roller. I've been replacing all the body wood with steel, and it's taking longer than I thought. NO heat in the garage sucks!

Everything is still bare steel anyways... it would be a pile of rust after pulling it 200+ miles one way through the Minnesota salt.

I will make it there still, just not with the project. Hope to see you guys at the show!
