In awe of HAMBerites

It has been said "if you want to get better at something, hang out with people who are better at it than you." So here I am!

I was a first time home buyer 5 years ago, and have spent the time between fixing things up so I could focus on my automotive hobby ambitions. I am now working and learning on a rusty '68 beetle, with a '68 VW Double Cab waiting alongside. My father has given me his '30 Model A and '28 Dodge Fast Four, as he lost interest in those projects long ago. I hope to build skills on the VWs, then eventually restore Dad's Model A (stock) and give it back to him while he can still enjoy it.

My current pursuits are metal forming, milling machines, and lathes.
