UK HAMBers - WTB Rust coloured primer?

For whatever reason I'm having a MISSION finding rust-coloured primer in rattlecans here in the UK. Any leads anyone?

Joker in Halfords said "nope, noone makes anything other than grey primer"

 

Have you tried asking for Red Oxide primer? I think thats the "correct" name for that type of paint.

 

I've always imagined that red oxide would be more of a red tinge than an actual brown...but I'll check it out. Thanks!

I has question.... Why not just use a normal undercoat then paint over it in a rust colour?

 

Red Oxide....even the Halfords Muppets should be able to unlock the cabinet & hand ya some...

 

Try "rust inhibitor" red oxide

or find a paint shop and have some mixed

 

Rust colored primer in rattle cans. The future of the HAMB is doomed.
