I sent out a wish list for gifts for myself and didnt think this would be so hard. Anyone have a idea if any non-internet stores carry a copy of the original Two Lane Blacktop movie? Seems Walmart, Suncoast, Blockbuster dont carry it and used ones are $40 from Amazon.com. I really didnt think this would be that hard to obtain a hard copy on DVD. Drew

Guess the wife will have to get it from Amazon then. Maybe she was looking at the collectible edition because they are only $24 + shipping, she didnt want to wait for shipping in case it didnt make it for Christmas but it doesnt bother me. Thanks for the leads.

I got my copy at a swap meet years ago, along with the movie Hot Rod(41 willys)...The guy had car movies, old race videos and so on. I am sure TLB, will cost more than most car movies/footage/videos...

I want to get a vcr/dvd recorder, so I can transfer all my vids to disc. But if you surf, you can find it I am sure. I will have to find mini catalog I got from the guy, and see if they still exist. If so, I will post it. The guy had all kids of real cool car videos. There used to be another place near Summit Racing, that had a crap load of cool car videos from the 30`s-present, movies, commercials, how to`s, etc...

Also, what is the Collectible Edition all about?
