I was wondering if there is somthing i can flush it out with? For you guys that r gona ask how i know its barrs leak bc i talked to the guy who owed the truck before me and he told me he put it in there instead of putting in a new rad. when i drained the fluid i saw it in there i hate that stuff!!! Any help would be greatley appretiated.

I have heard of boiling it (completely submersed in boiling water) but I don't know if that will actually work or not. Bars-leak is powdered aluminum, right? So you need something that will dissolve aluminum while leaving the steel and tin and lead of the heater core alone. Not sure what that would be.

Bars is an organic compound. I don't know of anything that will remove it short of having it rodded out. didn't say what truck, but new cores are relitively inexpensive.

This isn't the aluminum one...some patent wonder material that expands. My thought is to see if you can get hold of prouduct safety sheet, required Federal document...cannot remember proper name. That will give clues on material and so suggest ways to kill it.
Since you can see some of it...try small drops of nasty chemicals directly on it so you can see if there's any reaction suggesting the stuff will dissolve more rapidly than your gore; lye, HCL, etc. If it were aluminum, lye would likely do the job.

The MSDS sheet may provide answers, however the only thing that I know of to remove it is to replace the core. You could back flush the core with about 60psi and see if that works, however be careful as the standard hose beads are good for only 60 psi, any more pressure and the hose will come off.
