And the best thing is, the winter rain is purported to be gone all weekend!!! Anyone planning a cruise into the joint or is this going to be a roll in when you feel like it?
Mike, what time does the party really get rolling and what time do you expect Intveld to play? Im assuming he probably wont start until 10 or so.
Our thanks to all who showed up for our show on Saturday. It was a success for sure. We had a good turn out of cars rolling through the show throughout the day, somewhere between 50 and 60 good, quality machines. We don't have the biggest car show around, but this number is just about right for our humble little shindig. The bands kicked ass, everyone seemed to have a really good time and when you get down to it, that's what this whole deal is all about. Again, our thanks to all of you who showed up and our big thanks to the George & Dragon staff for seving grub and hooch to all you hooligans. A special thanks also to Josh Jurgen. Thanks, Mike Rattlers Car Club
I would have thought that a weekend without winter rain would have brought more to our part of town. Fantastic shindig! I had a great, relaxing time enjoying the company of the laid back people and friends. Nice to see some bikes roll up as well. Nice line up of music as well, thanks again Rattlers cc et. al.!
Doh! I forgot to mention the weather, which couldn't have been better. Sunshine and temps in the 60's. I also neglected to mention the motorcycles, we had maybe 15 or so really cool bikes show up, mostly proper choppers and bobbers. Most bitchin'. Also some of the local Mod types showed up with their heavily accessorized Lambrettas and such. Always neat to see. All in all a very eclectic assortment of cool machinery. Thanks again Mike
Thanks Rattlers, Good Show got there at 7:30 left at about 10:00 Had some great "George And Dragon" fish and chips, Got to talk to a few friends, seen a few others, but didn't get to talk much though with the bands playing and all, Great Time anybody have any Pics ? - Didn't bring a camera
Thanks Glen, we just like to have a good time and try not to take ourselves too seriously. As Spike said, if anyone has any pictures that they can post, that would be great. Thanks, Mike
