Anne, my wife, was down in your sucky San Diego beach area last week, for a photo shoot. Now she's hinting at a vacation there next year. :D We won't tell anyone else how nice it is down there.;) I'll guess we're going to "Sucky Town"

  2. I'll take pine trees over smog (and the laws that come with it) every time. And that goes for your sales tax, too!

I lived in California from 1957 till 2005. I hope I never have to go back to that overcrowded, crime infested, smoggy, socialist, excuse for a state again. And to those that think cold is bad, I can always put more on, but when its 120F well.....

  4. Just curious who used to live here, not your view of the place. Thanks.

Lived here just outside Sacramento for the last 19 years. Lots of sunny days. I took a 100 mile motorcycle ride on saterday and it was beautiful out. Clear skys. I would like to move somewhere that wasnt full of so many liberals, but everything else is great. Lots of sunny days, And you can buy a 3 bedroom house in a decent area for 140,000 now!

Grew up in the Puget Sound area (Puyallup). Have lived in California off & on since 1972, left the state for different jobs over the years, but have always returned! Now that I'm retired, I can travel anywhere I desire, but this will always be home!
