A good friend sent this to me and I hope we can get the Hamb involved. Make sure to include that your card is from a Hamb member and maybe we can give our military someething to read online while they are deployed.

If you go to this web site, www.letssaythanks.com , you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq .. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.

This is a great site.

Thanks guys...they do need the support...and I mean all of the troops! Not just the U.S. troops. The link works fine for me. But if alot of people are using it, it can boot you off. Don't right click to open it, just click it.

Reported here that it will be 'combat' troops only that will be withdrawn in 09 - troops involved with training will stay on in country.

As far as I was aware it was all our troops, but then again we are always last to be told!! I hope we do keep a contingent in country, even if it is only a training team like the AATTV. Hey, look it up the last Aussy Victoria Cross (Like the Medal of Honor only harder to win) was won by a AATTV member.
