Suggestions on lowering 65 Dodge A100

Hi,

new to the group, just picked up a project for my son and I, a 65 dodge A100. We would like to lower it. It has leaf spring all round. I imagine the simplest way would be to swap the axle to the top of the spring. We were also wondering about bagging it.

Any and all ideas are welcome.
