Love Setzer's Christmas special! I saw him last year in L.A. and I'd love to see it again.

I too was looking forward to Setzer's Christmas show. Too bad they cancelled the whole tour. Guess I have to settle for listening to the cds.

Hands down my favorite Christmas CD. Lots of great vintage rockabilly. It's on a small label from Germany called Buffalo Bop who reissue some pretty amazing stuff. Pick it up if you can find it.

    Happy Holidays everyone!

Who has Santa's Souped Up Sleigh (from the film Howard and Me)? Okay, maybe it was Me and Howard - something like that...

They were just playing Cheech & Chong's "Santa and his Old Lady" or whatever it's called.
Chong notes that Santa has "A real charp chort. Twice pipes and a ****on top".
    I love that one.

Also hard to beat Dan Hicks & the Xmas Jug Band doing "Santa Lost a Ho!":

"Well he used to go ho, ho, ho
Now he only goes Ho, Ho,
    Uh oh
    Where'd the other Ho go?
    I don't know
    Santa lost a Ho!"

Posted this last year too but it's still the only christmas song I can hear more than once.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50IgzksUqpQ

    Da Yoopers, Rusty Chevrolet

Reminds me of growing up because the car in the song is the exact opposite of the gorgeous '65 Galaxie500 convertible my pops had. Rust free ford with a broken radio.
