A couple of ****py pics of the 1950's alarm covers that I used on the plymouth Clever idea . If you put the ringers back in them they could double as a car alarm .
heres a few more, some flame arrestors and some velocity stacks anyone have any more pics of flame arrestors? JEFF
I had bought a pair of these small air filters for my two-two's setup on my nailhead, I can have it idling and then install them and it starts puffing black smoke and stalles just like you pulled the choke. But they look cool on the shelf
I though these were cool. Never seen any others like them. It appears that the actual filter/arrestor element was used by several people that cast their own body for it. I had a 4 BBL that used 2 of these elements on it. My Rogues shown earlier in this thread have "U.S.C.G. approved" stamped into the steel filter element. The element has the maker... Zenith stamped into it also.
I guess so. Someone from New England might know the car. This car had all the cool details when I saw it at the Tyrods show in Boston in 2004. I think they both had the decal.
Here's one I just got. It's a Nicson (pre-Marine application?) Model 243-17. I personally don't recall seeing another like it, so any info anyone can provide would be appreciated. I think it's a keeper.
How about this one?? It's heavy, (17 lbs) cast aluminum and was made by C&R Products in San Jose, Ca for a 6X2 intake.
