Hot Heads

I know Bob Walker personally, he lives right down the road from my dad. He's is an awesome guy. Hot Heads is a top shelf company as well. Ask Bob about how he tracked down the duece he had back in high school later on in life. It's an awesome story. Don't hesitate to do business with Hot Heads, you won't be disappointed.

 

I called them several times and placed many orders with them, never any problems and their service is top notch. If their not returning your calls I'm sure there is a good reason. Give them another try, you'll be glad you did.

You're right, that is weird. Hope it is just a computer glitch thing and they are ok.

 

They're good people . . . hope the WEB site isn't an indication of bigger issues . . .

 

Just called and spoke them on the phone, picked it right up. Still there and just having website problems. They are working on it.

The Hot Head website and tech form seem to be gone.
I've always had good service from Bob Walker. If he is out of town he usuallyleaves a message as to his return.

I hope he is OK.

 

The site is up and running. I was looking at it this morning. All the forums are there. He did change the forum format but the site is there.

I can,t praise the guys at Hot Heads enough.I,m in England and the first time I placed an order with them my bank decided to stop the transaction because I was dealing with someone outside of my home country and for me I was spending a lot of money in one go, only thing was they didn,t tell me what was going on, Bob at HH was very understanding (which is more than can be said for the numbskulls at my bank) Spoke to Bob on the phone a couple of times since then ,he,s agreat guy.
