Went down the local cruise tonight, there was a fairly big show happening elsewhere tonight, so not too much made it down, but enough to warrant taking the camera out..... All Steel Willys
[ QUOTE ] Great pics A32Flathead! I love Thursday Cruise nights. Joel [/ QUOTE ] Maybe I should title the post..... "Thursday Night Virtual Cruise In" Glad you like em.... Dave
Alway's a nice, balance of ride's. Cool custom's, finer primer, and heavy hitter street machine's. We thank-you.
Is that at Happy Days Diner? i used to live in Campbell... moved outta there about 2 years ago, i went to Happy Days every thursday... ahhh memories....
That,s the great thing about the hobby in America, A carnut tourist just has to get out on a Thursday or Friday evening and chances are he,ll come across a cruise event in just about any random town.
[ QUOTE ] Is that at Happy Days Diner? [/ QUOTE ] Indeed it is!! It kinda got over run by the airbagged new model pickups for a while & a new place started up in San Jose, at the old A&W on The Alameda, but the food there sucked, and pretty soon, all the nice car's went back to Happy Days & kinda drove off (pardon the pun) the new stuff. There's a gang of about 5 or 6 Nova/Malibu's that turn up regularly now, with BIG inch motors, like this one........ 712 ci
Cool! Dave, looks like that striped shoebox is one I've seen turn up at the old A&W. That license plate seems familiar. -Taylor

Thanks
its on the corner(ish) of Bascom Ave. and Union Ave. in Campbell... its pretty easy to find... if you make it down there, try to eat "The Big Bopper Challenge"... you have 45 minutes to eat a huge burger a big plate of fries and a huge shake... its alot harder than it seems.... i did it in 43min... when i was 15... good luck...
[ QUOTE ] cant everyone just get along (new and old).... I dig the big inch Nova/malibu [/ QUOTE ] Oh yeah, me too......Can't beat a well built pro streeter thats "just" driveable....
