As you all know I can't often add technical advice on here, I'm more here to learn. Hotrodding is difficult here in Euroland. The HAMB is really the greatest thing that has come to me in this hobby!! I have the feeling that I'm getting to know more and more every day but, one thing which I still can't give a name to when I see one, is a steering wheel out of an old American car... It's a part that can make or break the look of an interior too... So, how about posting some steering wheel pics. Kinda like this: Where's it from..?
that is my steering wheel not 00 MACK. once again he logs in on my computer and walks away with the hamb still up
I don't know what the steering wheel's from, but that is a damn cool shift knob. Also, I'm posting from a meeting at work. Just thought I'd share.
Here's what I recently put in my '49 Chevy. It's a '55 Chevy wheel cut-down to 15". I'm thinking of painting the outside rim white, leaving the center section black and having it pinstriped.
Damn that looks very similar to the dash and steering wheel that was in my 65 Olds Dynamic 88. I have an awesome pic of the dash and wheel, but it's packed away from our move back to Cali from PHX. I will dig it out and post it ASAP. ~Cami Lou~
here's a wheel i'm building for one of my vw projects. austin healey 3000 hub and spokes with a custom stainless rim. the horn ****on in this pic was just a test. i'll be using a 55 oval window ****on.
Tommy., Whats the white wheel originally on? I have one in the garage that i would like to ID. Thanks
