Anybody know if any other companys have a disc brake kit for the 55 olds besides the guy on ebay. I know the disc brakes wont be traditional but I dont care I want to be able to stop worth a ****. Also anyone ran dual exhaust with the power steering and the idler arm being in the way and all. Show me you olds pics too let me see what you got.

ECI should have a kit to adapt 'modern' GM disc brakes to your Olds. They run a two page ad in almost every issue of STREET RODDER and ROD & CUSTOM.

They offer both a complete kit, or just the brackets and adapters plus a parts list of OEM applications you need to buy, pads, calipers, rotors, etc.

Room is supper tight under my 55. I need to look at some ones 56 and see the difference. I dont think 55 had any factory dual exhaust as far as I have seen.

Im pretty sure SSBC do a kit. They machine the spindles and from what I remember its a whole stack of cash.

Probably gonna get my *** kicked on this one, but I built a clip based around mustang for mine, 2" oversize, fatman do a frame stub but its like $700, then you need arms, spindles etc.
Mine, as found in north texas a few years ago, its a 98 holiday.

Anyone know where I can get a hood & bumpers ? some goon whacked the front one during shipping..
