Well I've been lurking here since July 2006 and figured it's about time to introduce myself. I'm curently building, well having a buddy build my fathers car. It's a 1925 Dodge with a 392 Hemi. I've got pictures but I'm to computer iliterate to figure out how to get them from kodak galleries to post here. I love the HAMB, tons of exelent info and fellow car junkies!
I joined a few weeks ago. I got a ton of welcomes to the group. Add this one to your welcomes. I am located in Grant, NE....close to NE Colorado. Got a group of old timers and some nice cars. Where are you located? Anywhere nearby? We do Sidney and other runs and meets within three hundreed or so miles. Maybe join us? Bill flatheadkid@yahoo.com
Thanks for all of the welcome's! I live in Frederick just north of Denver. I'm shooting to have my Dodge finished by May or June and it will be a driver. I fought with this computer tonight trying to figure out how to post picture's of my build and had no luck. I"ll try again sometime this weekend. Anyway thanks to all for the hospitality!
Go figure my first post is to welcome someone to the hamb. Try real hard (like you haven't been) to get some photos up, Love to see them. Oh yeah I'm just up road in Ft Collins with my basket case 47 dodge coupe. Great to hear that an early hemi could be on the road soon. Jeremy
first of all welcome... I am located in aurora and we just built a hemi car. and trying to get the pics out of kodak gallery is almost impossible. if your pics are on a kodak disc, what I did was install the disc and when it goes to slide show. just cancel out of it. but leave the disc in and go to your folders. and open a new folder to install the pics off of the disc itself, instead of the gallery. then when you post the pics under manage attachments, then hit browse. the computer should open up the file in your folder. then click on the pic you want to post, hit open, then upload. hope this helps ...ghost
Hey Ghost, I saw your car at the Arvada show this summer! I loved it, nice ride. I had my wife and kids with me as well as my uncle and his grandchild who was burnt out and throwing a fit when we got to your car. I took a couple of circles around your car for a quick look and had to leave, we all rode together. Very nice and unique! As for loading these pictures, thanks for the advice, I'll give it a try tomorrow. I can't believe they, (computer, programers) can't or don't make these tasks simpler for idiots like me. Give me some details on your 47 Dodge Jeremy?
WELCOME! Nice to see more people from Colorado on here. Make sure you check out the Tri State Swap meet this weekend.
