Has anyone seen these??

I was at Target with my son today and came across "Rat Rods" from jadatoys. They all have 'primered' paint,widewhites,pins and scallops. They only cars they had in stock were a 63 Caddy in teal and tan, a black A, and a PT Cruiser(?)
What the hell?Is this a good thing or bad thing???

i got the 32 ford and the cadillac. i have alot of the 32 hot wheels so i had to get it. "road rats" is on the front.
