Pete drove a Model AA stakebed that looked box stock, but hid the modern V8 under the hood

Uh,I hope this isn't the "unicycle" you are referring to! Count em,2 wheels. It's called a"penny farthing"bicycle. Amazing flywheel effect with a wheel that diameter,if you can get it moving,wow can you attain a high speed.Then stopping bets really exciting! Great photos,of rolling works of art.
