its been almost a year since we spotted it at the pumpkin patch, its about time I started really making progress if Im going to make it to midnight m*** next year. my friend Joe just offered to sell me an olds 455 for it and I am seriously thinking about it.
That is looking great, a 455 will haul ***! What color you planning on painting it? Im glad you saved it! Wasnt doing much sitting where it was thats for sure.
Looking good, I wouldn't paint it, for now anyway. That's cool that Midnight M*** is your time frame for getting it done. Stay tuned, in the next week or so, for some major annouancement about M***.
well definately no paint for awhile , but I have a soft spot for OD green, and thanks bruce I will see you there come hell or heavy rust.
You are going to do something with that hood and grille, RIGHT? It's gonna be part of the project, RIGHT?
hell yeah! I think it would loose alot of its originality if I didnt keep that but I didnt want the entire thing, although I am keeping every louver for other things, I am in the middle of front clipping my wifes car right now but I will post all new progress here. thanks for the support everyone!
thank you, I have my friend "big Joe" to thank for the bed, but Im afraid he will want fair market value before he takes that 455 out of his boat, so Im going to hold out for a miracle olds motor deal.
I found a 76 delta 88 for $500 and got to drive it, reverse was out but it was an old ladys car so everything else was perfect. it was almost a shame to rip the motor and ****** out and s**** the rest but it wasnt my style. now Im lookin for a muncie 4spd and a posi rear end. I have a 67 chevelle rear end to use if I have to
