Ok, maybe not so sweet and more Icky...of course I don't have to tell you that Sweet Little Vikki was a song by Tattoo Rodeo back in the day...

I have had several inquiries about what I have been up to so here is your answer.

I bought these two pieces of **** at the Mitchell, Indiana Auction last year. I am going to sacrifice the Tudor for parts for the Vicky like the back window and tops of the side windows.

Since the Atomic Punk went off on it's international tour (and the Show folks gave me enough money to pay off my credit card) there was an open hole in my garage.

I drug in the Vicky and began to tear it apart to see what was left to work with...

    YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
    2 ch***is, 2 bodies. It's a Vickie body kit with a spare ch***is to built a roadster or 5W coupe!

I had the frame, front axle and wixhbones sandblasted. The frame needed patched in a couple of spots so I fixed them.

The sheetmetal was dropped off at the blasters yesterday. Nothing came off of this thing easily, I think I have more time tearing it apart than I will have putting it back together. ha ha ha

I picked up the phone and ordered all of the patch panels from Spadaro, and new subrails from Steve Kinzel at McPherson auto.

I also gave a call to one of my favorite s****ing buddies Vaphead and got the ch***is engineering crossmembers.

Being the optomist, I figured that I will probably build more than one 32 ch***is in my lifetime, so I brought home a bunch of square tubing on Monday....and finished my ch***is jig at about 1 in the morning last night.

Yes, I am going to use tubing instead of wood. Mainly because I am too broke to buy a wood kit. ha ha ha

I think I am going to barely have enough drip rail to use on both of the cars. Whatever I don't use I am going to save for my 32 5 window because it needs some repair as well. Oh to have so many problems, right? ha ha ha

As for the build style, I am going to try and use what I have laying around.... SBC ford 9 inch. No goofy fins on this one, sorry!

I sold my beater truck to build the Punk. So this car will most likely serve as its replacement. How many people do you know that have a 32 Vicky as a winter beater? ha ha ha

I plan on building the ch***is 3 window larry, Doane Spencer, Rolling bones style.

I am going to run a hood, give it a heavy chop and leave it rough, so everyone doesn't ***ume that it is fibergl***. This car needed serious help, if I just get it running and driving it will be an accomplishment. I don't intend on making a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I want to build a sow's ear out of hog poo. ha ha ha

I'm still kicking myself for not going back for the actual auction!

I drove up for the preview and crawled around in all of the fallen barns and saw a bunch of stuff I would have loved to own, but I figured the 5,000 people that were there would run the prices up beyond reason.

Yes they are and yes they can. Nicky, I just wanted to be like you. I am going to paint mine blue too. ha ha ha

OK John, are you saying that you want to buy it? I'll sell it to you and save myself the agony then The hard part is over. It took me longer to get the doors off of them than it took to build the frame jig....You don't have this body style yet, do you???

Dang Plowboy, this one of the more sought after car's. Way ta find the tin. Will it be fenderless and low, or up in the nose? Motor? Shiney or primer? Tinted plexi in the roof insert?
