R.i.p. Charlie roeper

    Just got a call that my uncle, charlie roeper just died from an ruptured aorta. He was the founder of yesteryear automotive restoration in townsend, delaware from the late 80s till 1998. I know that there are quite a few people who he's touched over the years from his top notch old school work in restorations to building some pretty cool hot rods. He taught me everything i know about cars and how to survive a week at hershey.he will be truly missed.

    I am sorry to hear about the loss of your uncle Charlie ! He has left a great mark in the hotrod world ! Rest in peace friend !

    Yes, he and Coleman were very good friends. Talk about two guys to sit between in conversation especially during the MBNA years. Rt 1 sits on top of the shop now. Working there was the best years of my childhood/young adult life.
