not my truck. was at York with one look then at Vargo Dragstrip with another look. wheels do make a difference. either way it looks good!
WWW, and steelies look a world better. But, I think it's partly due to people over using Torque Thrusts in the past 10 years. They're just EVERYWHERE! I liked them back then. But, now?
I recently saw pics in a mag of a blue 40 pickup, it was run with steelies on one side and mags on the other. Sept 04 R&C.
funny.. I was thinking exactly the opposite and think WWW's are everywhere. I'm a big 5 spoke and blackwall fan, though I like mine unpolished. personally I'd only put WWW's on a stocker or a custom. truck does look good either way though.
I'd like to see the steelies closer to a blend of color of the flames instead of generic red, chrome the grill, 39 headlites.....................................................................................................................................................................
Just to be different I go for the 5 spokes AND the front bumper. I think the bumper accents the grille shape. Frank
Ironically, despite the simple design of the steelies and WWWs, they have more attention grabbing looks than the 5 spokes. No doubt due to the eye catching WWWs. Weird because an after market wheel is usually designed to grab your attention, but it gets lost in all the blackness of the paint and tire.
White walls all the way. The others make the truck look like a 70's rod. Wow York Pa in the backround.
With the modern style flames I would go with the 5 spokes. Put some old McCoy style flames on, then the WWWs.
