I picked up a 49 chevy fastback 2 door that is going under the knife. Just wondering if anyone has any pics or info on one. I have done a couple of sedans before but I want a new challenge. Anything could be usefull. Thanks

some more pics , all in bare metal for now, all lead filler, still need to do some more final bodywork and welding, got paint scheme finally decided on , my first chop and first time doing leadwork if chopping a fleetline use the BASS method i downloaded pics off hamb site and cut accordingly , dropped back down and every thing lined up correctly the ONLY new metal in ENTIRE chop is four 8 x 1 inch triangle slivers on c pillars !! quit cutting up the rear fenders on these cars ! make it easier on yourself! thank you to BASS for putting up build pics, helped me alot! chopping a top on a 51 chevy coupe now will put up pics later

was going to take it last year but the hood ornament light socket fell out and when i started the car it got caught by the fan and blasted a hole in the radiator! this happened on the day before, just got pissed and took my 63 ford unibody truck, i plan on driving it out this year, i will have it all totally smoothed out with lead and still in bare metal , i want bill and brad to sign the dash ,if they will

havent done side glass yet , waiting till iam done with welding and grinding ( 6 pieces off glass not to worry about breaking or pitting) , the one piece windshield came out of a 53 pontiac and fit perfectly after having it cut down for height, glass guy put a 5 inch run in it , but i only paid 25.00 for it at a junkyard , so what are you going to do??? Dane snatched up the only other one that would work at that junkyard!!! at least a good guy got it!
Kaitsu, just went through your 14 pages of photobucket and a lot of body work went into your Fleetline, great job man!!! your car looks sick, it gives me hope that mine will look good when im finished with the body... hopefully soon!! ian
