Working on a place to get in out of the weather till Spring. I'm sure it won't be everyone's idea of a hang out, but I dig the 50's. Almost done. Need to get a bumper corner for the 55 Buick fender and other small details. But the cabinets, stools, fridge and many other items are the real deal from the 50's. Want to live it and love it on the road, in the shop AND in the house. I'm sure others have made a gettaway to enjoy with fellow rodders. What else is out there?

We had that same clock on the wall when I was a kid! Very cool hang out. Needs surf music playing all the time.

That's great!! I had ac***ulated all that kind of stuff about 10 years ago to put in my ba*****t. I had it set up in an antique shop I owned at the time. I cleared the spot to start from, the wonderful original red/white diner seats and tables, and found they wouldn't go down the stairs. :( I was disgusted, and sold it all off. Now I have some room, but no longer have the goodies.

Congrats on a really stoke place! (remember stoke?)

That looks great! My garage looks like hammered dog ****, but I set up my back porch like a tiki bar. We spend a lot of time out there. If we had ba*****ts here in Austin, I'd make a full on rumpus room down there. You've done a great job, man. I LOVE IT!!!
