well my day was eventfull.. I found about 60, 40's-60's cars in the woods

I would chop the stove. 3" maybe.

 

"hey, wanna sell that stove?"......."naw, gonna fix her up some day"......so the cars are out of the question.....

 

Wow, I guess maybe this is the old Stove forum after all.......LOL.. you guys crack me up

 

I'ts almost the same size of the old MOPAR heater in my 46

 

Last time I saw that stove, it was running a hot 'flatbread'. Also, I noticed it had 'suicide doors' . . . the last owner took his life with it, so be careful . . .

 

WOW!!! What a find. That looks like an original 50's G***ER. I'll bet it wouldn't take to much effort to Fire it up again.

Ok well while you were gabbing and going on about the stove I found the land owner and went in on the street side and I guess it was a old salvage at one time...... he said if I wanted to his brother inlaw lives next to the place and just go knock on his door when ever I was going back to trudge a path......he said bring some tools and take what I needed and he also said take plenty of pics to show people cause he was needing to clear the cars out off this land so he can use it..... Now I am stoked the only thing that worries me is how am I going to get them out .....may have to clear the land for him to get back there......real nice guy though....asked him if he had a list of cars that was on the land and he named off a few but couldnt remember all of them cause he hasnt been back there in soo long.....did say he had a 54 210 that I want though and a bunch of trucks and some vw to....well I cant get back there till next weekend but will post pics if anyone needs something off a car ill be more than happy to get it.....funny thing is he said the sticker bushes all over the place is his securituy system
