    Hi Everyone,
The father-in-law to be Tony is an off shore power-boat racer but also has a bit of US iron in the shed...Some Packard , some Ford ,some Buick ,some Chev and some Olds. He's having trouble finding a some parts he needs for a 66 Olds 98 (yes I know it ain't being slammed or Kustomized :eek:but someone might know where to look)....you'd all be doing me a BIG favor if the parts could be found somewhere, Australia would be a great place to find 'em but it seems Tony's already exhausted all avenues and so anywhere they can be found at a decent price ...is the right place......

here's what he sent me..... I'm not sure of the artwork's provenance so I'd like to thank whosever it was and hope they've received their due credit for it already.......here goes...........

The following is some correspondence he'd already had with a wrecker...it may help explain exactly what he's after....
    Hello,
I am restoring a 1966 Oldsmobile 98 Luxury four door sedan.

I am hoping that you will be able to supply the radiator support member from the front of the engine bay, that not only supports the radiator but also holds the fenders apart. The section should have the mechanism attached that holds the hood down fitted.
By the looks of the drawing I have, the section also comes in one piece with twin headlight support brackets attached, of which I also require the right hand unless I am compelled to take the pair.

I have been told that this part that I am chasing is common to all 1966 Oldsmobile 88 and 98 models( Delta, Starfire, Dynamic, Jet Star, Holiday, Celebrity ) but NOT F85, Cutl*** or 442 which are 5 inches narrower

I would also like the lower radiator baffle and the fan shroud, with whatever brackets are used for attachment.

    Kindest Regards

    Tony

    Thanks everyone.
