Houston area HAMBrs I got a tire balance question

Do any of you Houston area fellas know if there is a tire shop in the area that can balance my 34 sopke wheels and bias tires while they are still on the car.I have been told by a few old timers that this might help out the overall performance of these old wheels.I had them trued (or thought so) a couple of months ago.And if there is a shop that can cut the tires down that would be helpful info also......
