    Hi Folks,
Just thought I would share a few pics of my only HAMB friendly car (for now, that is:)). A 59 Edsel hardtop that I have had for 25 years this fall.

I haven't driven it much over the last several years. But I had to pull it out to get another car out of storage so I've been making up for it the last few weeks.:D

It was 59 when my dad drove up into the driveway with a brand new Edsel. I was 9years old, and he may as well have come home in a rocket ship. All the neighbors gathered around to admire it, and everyone had a look of envy on their faces.
He was the neighborhood hero. This is one of a few memories I have of dad. He died about a month later.
Cool ride! Thanks for the memory.

Looks good, My first car was a 4 door sedan just like it. I still have it and just sold my drag racing project to get restarted on it.

Yep, great looking car. We don't get to see too many of those over here, although there are a few. I think you could call that grill 'gynaecologically beautiful'.

Nice looking car, you should widen those whitewalls out. I have a '59 2 door post in the works right now.

  13. Looks pretty damn neat. Anything in the pipeline for it? Looks like it could do with a lowering and some new wheels and caps.

My brother just picked up a '59 Ranger 2-door post over here a few months back and has slowly been tidying it up. Supposedly the only one of it's type in the country.

    Thanks for the compliments guys!:)

Dakota: I'm getting that 61 Sunliner finished up. I don't know if you have been out since I've been working on it but your dad has.

PEDDRO: I don't have any plans for making any real changes for the time being. But that can always change.;)

2$ Bill: No, I never even gave it a thought, I just might have to do that.
