  6. Nice pair you got there Rod. The Tudor turned out especially well. There are a few personalized touches that set it apart. I am curious what cars the hood ornament and also the skirts are from, and I'm guessing the rear bumper is '50 Desoto? LEE

The fun thing is, I have a buddy here who has a 49-4 door, I spotted him a pair of nice coupe doors in CA last year for the future conversion, he took delivery of them very recently.
Those pics are very helpfull... you almost make it look easy :D

That glossy finish is just amazing, when you see how warped the panels you had to start with were, I dunno how many weeks you had to block that thing. In your place I would have probably gave up and been gone
    for a satin finish.

  9. very nice work, ive got a 4door merc that ive been wanting to do this conversion too i just gotta find some doors.

I would sell both my nuts and my unborn child to be able to do metal work like that.
    Nice Job!!!

The masking tape shows the line that a U.S. bodied 2 door sedan would follow

  15. Beautiful car. Great craftsmanship. The interior is great as well. Is that the stock front seat?

Beautiful job! My kind of guy, does it with a MIG. I'd like to have a TIG but havent been able to spend the bux on one. Nice to see great craftsmanship being done without it.
