Shift knobs at Woodland swap

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Fat ASS Whitewalls, Aug 17, 2004.

  1. Who was selling the cast shift knobs at the swap last weekend? He had the G***er heads, and Frankenstein style knobs. I've seen both styles for sale here on the HAMB. I left and forgot to go back and have a better look. Dean

  4. He had Frankenstein style knobs, but the one I'm interested in, looks like a vintage top fuel driver's head. Helmet, goggles, and mask. He had one all silver, and one with the details painted. I went to the swap on Sat, and he was pretty close to my starting point. I meant to go back, and forgot. [IMG] Dean

Good luck finding one. I saw someone at the Wichata swapmeet and could not find him also.

Those are made in Wichita by Van Chase studios. You can buy them direct from them; http://www.ratfink.org/vanchase/shifter.html They don't show that one on the website, but it'll give you an idea. You can order them unpainted for 27.00.
