Hello Don, I just found this website about Johnny Wenderski. I grew up with him out on Kellogg road in Howell. He was my neighbor and friend. I also knew his brother Jimmy Pearson and his three sisters, Kathleen being the youngest. I have several stories about Johnny to tell you if you're interested. Johnny came to see me in Santa Ana California back in 1960 just before I joined the military. He was driving a "black" 1955 Chevy with three deuces that day and it was a "beauty" too! He told me that the car had 10 or 12 coats of black lacquer on it. The paint was so shinny that it looked like it was still wet! Anyway, I would like to see some photos of Johnny and his car myself, and also hear about what he did after I saw him back in 1960.
