Number 1 movie on my top movies list, you notice most of us remember most of the lines from the movie. What other movie will you see Harrison Ford (Bob Falfa) sing Some enchanted evening?

Well if you were at "The KKOA" in Gettysburg,PA. , you could have gotten your best picture yet there.
Paul LeMat was there with Cindy Williams signing autographs and taking pictures with the yellow coupe and a George Barris car too ! There was also the 58 Chevy there too !
I got to speak with him ( Milner ) and he is just a regular guy like the rest of us !
Now last summer in York , PA at the US 30 car show you could have seen the Black 55 Chevy from American Graffiti & 2 Lane Blacktop !
PLUS , "Miss Hurst" Linda Vaughn was there taking pictures and signing autographs ! :D

You need to get out more often !

My brother had his sedan at the Portland Roadster Show in '99 (won his class plus best engineered) and got Paul Lemat to sit in it, on the show floor, so he could take a picture of Milner in his car. I was sooo excited to see it, and when I did I wanted to throw up. It was so blurry you couldn't tell if there was even a car in the shot, much less hwo was sitting in it. Chance of a lifetime pissed away...

That sure is a great movie. This previous September I met Candy Clark at a car show. Got an autograph on her picture and a picture taken with her. Also won an oldies cd from her. Good times! :)

    HA!!! Thats funny shit!

  13. I was affected by the movie too. I saw it back in 73/74 and had seen it about 25 times when I moved to United States in 81. Ever since I first saw it I have aquired souvenirs including posters and lobby cards from the movie theater lobbies back the 70's. I didn't consider it a collection, just stuff I had aquired. It was sitting in a box for year until one day I saw this cabinet at a yard sale. I still buy small items that catch my eye. I guess we are gear head versions of Trekkies. Here are some pics.......

    Wow Kev, that's some non-collection!

  16. WOW Kev. Lot's of cool Graffiti stuff. Is there anything you Don't have? How do you keep the dust off of all that stuff?:p

  17. I'm sure there's plenty I don't have. I don't have the Franklin mint 32. Would like it but can't afford it. You could put together a collection like this pretty quickly these days. One thing I want pretty bad is the "More American Graffiti" dragster model, or just the box. I'm sure some kind HAMBer will help me out. Here are some Universal Studios 8 x 10's with descriptions typed on the back that I found in a junk store back in the 80's.
