ideal workshop

hey guys went looking for a workshop 2day - i finish up my current pre-occupation mid june next year and have decided to go back to the tools - so i'm gonna open my own workshop - what i want is ideas for the ideal workshop - things you'd want in your workshop - i gotta heap of stuff from my yeears in the trade - but still gotta get heavy equiptment like hoists etc - also ideas for a name
