Glad to be checking in from Denton, TX. Got steered here by a couple of good buddies, but none of you give a crap about that. So, I plan to look around and see what's going on here. Hoping to learn a bunch and make some progress with my 1960 Oldsmobile. Thanks, Greg
Greg, Numbskull,& Jackass, Hello & Welcome to the Hamb from Canyon Lake. Good to see all 3 of you here. Lucky667
Welcome from another Deton-ite! Haven't seen the car out any, looking forward to seeing it on the road. Maybe us Denton guys can meet up at Frosty's sometime! Good looking car (always love seeing someone doing something with a 4 door), any more pics?
Wow, lots of local types here, this is great! 66Newport, I have seen your car out and about, not sure exactly where or when, though....Maybe the Texas Thaw last year? I love that Christopher Walken quote, too, that is one of my favorite lines from any movie.....lol..... The Olds has not been on the road since the late '80's. We bought it in May of last year as a salvage yard gem. After getting it running, we did a BUNCH of rust repair...floors, fender patches, etc.... It's coming along nicely. Here's my other car, a 1971 Ford Torino GT. I know it's a little outside the year range of this site, but I hope just one little pic won't get me tossed. Frosty's sounds like a great plan, I have driven by there a million times and wondered if anyone ever hung out there. Greg
Welcome from the Pope of Denton. Where abouts in Denton do you live? Frosty's is actually pretty good food and the best home made rootbeer ever! Bubba
Hey there, welcome from Idaho! If you’re ever in our neck of the woods stop by and say hello. Mark Lester
Welcome! Be sure to check the link in my signature for the Lone Star Round Up info shite....April is right around the corner!
