Are there any tags on top and can we see the bottom mounts better?

Have you opened them up? might be inside..oh..i see the tag on the bottom of the pic..off e-bay? maybe?

 

Universal aftermarket headlamps made after 1940(sealed beam bulbs).

 

I was going to say possibly a 38-47 ford COE, but they look a little too pointy at the back of the bucket compared to the ones I have off my COE which are slightly more round. Could be just the picture though.

Look on the back of the bucket - some Guide & BLC lamps are stamped on the peak ...
