I have a video of my old 1980 Mustang dragging a Yamaha R1.

Manual brakes, manual steering, no O/D, and 4.30s .. but not a muscle car OR a hot rod. I must REALLY be a ****.

 

I don't care if it's a 79 Ford Feista catching a wheel, I'm a tire-chirp junky. I'd much rather see a weenie Honda getting wrung the fark out than a blown big block fairground pounder or a trailered flatty any day. Driving is an art form, and a stickshift car is a musical instrument.

For the record, and to shatter all preconcieved stereo types...I drive a 73 Plymouth almost daily, was brought up around late 60's and early 70's muscle cars, and I've NEVER had a mullet...or lived in a trailerpark. Ever.

I'm equal opportunity...I like old cars, hot rods, musclecars, racecars...you name it. We have a 67 Fairlane that kicks major ****...my husband races progas/supergas...and my tbird definitely has some muscle. And as far as mullets go...I would bet that 90% of the people on here had one...I know I did! HAHAHAHA

muscle car ****s just lack a proper hot rod edjucation. alot of them grew up without a father who was into hotrods. I know for a fact thats why I love hotrods, good old dad. I guess everyone deserves a chance, except for stupid late model mustang owners. gag!

this is a funny thread. I was just talking to KopisKorpse about this earlier today. He has a bad *** camaro, but now hes more into the older stuff and hes got the bug bad. Muscle cars are cool too, but theres nothing like the real old tin!
