I usually prefer just one for some reason but like the pair better than without on your '36....

Being an old timer, thats how I saw them when they were still a used car. Ha. They looked good with the foggies and guard. looks more complete. LOOKS like a 36, and they were always Great looking. Like a red head, no matter what condition, always had lots of charm. My 3 cts worth. Ice man.

There's only one way to settle family disputes. Barefoot, drunk, and waving broken beer bottles.

Put the lights inside the guard and it'd almost look rally-ish

Not a bad idea. I have the bumper guards (bumper-etts) as you call them but wanted something different. I mounted them in about 5 different places but I liked this one the best. I agree it covers up those horn grills but they looked worse in other spots. I chose to go with the factory position. Thanks man for the good ideas.

I thought German staff cars were Mercedes? :)

I think it looks great either way. A cheap way to change the look of the car. A very nice ride. The thirty two looks cool also.

Nah Just saw a deal on history channel, that Hitler's pilot drove a Ford. Hitler gave him a Mercedes touring Pheaton in tribute to his service but it was really because he didn't like him driving the American car.

You beat me to it on the lights, swapping sides will beter center them under the headlamps.
