    To Hot Rod 33,
Is the rear frame on your 33 PU "C" notched?

I believe the only difference is the steel flanges on the side where the shell mounts?

I must live in a parallel universe. In my universe they are the same.

Years ago I put an original 34 coupe radiator in my first 34 P/U. I recently damaged my original 34 truck radiator and bought a used after market that was purchased for a sedan. It bolts in just fine. The 4 mounting brackets (band iron) that bolt on the side of the radiator and actually mount the shell might be different but the basic radiator is the same. I don't know what the car brackets look like. There are key hole slots on the radiator for the shell mounts. I've done it twice in 30 years so it works in my universe. I see answers all the time on here that makes me wonder exactly which universe I'm in. If you are looking for a new after market hot rod 34 radiator for a car or a truck PM me. I put it in the cl***ifieds once with no response so don't get an at***ude. please?:D

A Deuce radiator will fit under the shell I'm sure but it will take some fabrication to come up with the shell mounts ***uming you are using a hood etc. The Deuce radiator doesn't have key hole slots for the shell brackets and it mounts on top of the crossmember. The 34s mount in front and at the bottom. I don't think it's a good fit unless it's been channeled. JMHO

heres a pic of a 33 ford pickup radiator. this one happens to be from a 4 banger.
yes they are the same 33-34 car/truck V8 or 4 popper with less water inlets & outlets.
i dont have any of my car radiators here to set any beside this one. -

Looks the same basic shape as my '34 radiator - mine is a V8 so has two inlets/outlets. The top shell and stay bracket is the same.

Anyway, the Ford parts book lists the same radiator ***embly part number (40-8005-A) as fitting both '33-'34 p***enger cars and commercials with a V8, and 46-8005-A for 4-cylinder ones.
