how do i get to the model car section?

I don't think we have one. If you search model cars you'll find a bunch of threads. There's usually a Sunday model car thread weekly.

I see you are already a member of the scale model group, click on your profile and on the right of the screen there is a link to the group below your photo album and friends list.

You can also use the search funtion up top, type in Sunday Models... I think those are the threads?
