A question to all the Europeans on here... is there a decent site like the cl***ified section on here or Craigs list etc to put vintage American cars on for sale in Europe or am i just aswell to put them on here as anyone who's anyone and is serious about these cars uses this forum anyway?

I have 3 for sale and it sudenly dawned on me with the strong Euro against the pound i stand a good chance of selling elsewhere in Europe, not just in the UK...

There are message boards like this in every country in Europe I guess.
Ebay works pretty all around the planet.

What do you got to sell? I can put a word on the French rod/custom message board (Bielle Chaude)

Tim, you should get in touch with Perry Van Den Eertwegh (Just Perry will do!) He is based in Eindhoven, Holland and has been buying cars from the UK and finding homes for them in Europe for over 10 years. Many of the European guys trust him to buy on their behalf. I know he's in California for the show this week but will be back soon. Let me know if you want contact details.

here's a link to my cars for sale page, i really don't want to sell all of them but at least 2 have to go to fund my 40 project... http://roadhouseretro.com/cars.asp

    Thank you!

I'm a member of that forum but last time i went on it wasn't active, i asumed they's shut it down... guess i was wrong?

just gotta remember me user name  :D

yeah just those cars, I would think about importing more but with the exchange rate and hyped up shipping rates there's no way for now!

i wasn't aware of that site actually but obviously i am now... ta! :)

We look at Ebay. com as the best source for US cars.
Website of interest is Autoscout 24, every country has his own version. But when i decide to buy a car for me or for my custromers, I usually look for the on ebay

    I run a small Dutch-forum under http://www.pre66.com
Some local friends of Perry check it out now and then so you might have a good chance folks will notice your stuff if you put it up for sale there, even though the forum itself doesn't draw much traffic.

You might try looking into Germany also, with all the americans stationed there through out the "cold war" a lot of our culture has rubbed off over there, hot rodding included.
