Michigan Guy's...Bob's Auto Parts...

Has anyone been there since the auction? I understand that out of the 1,800 cars & trucks, only about 230 actually sold, and Bob's son hadn't crushed the rest of them because of the s**** metal price plunge?....anyone know if anything's left in the yard?

...was planning a trip up there next week...

 

If you're referring to Bob's in Iron Mountain, the land has been empty for quite a while now. If there are cars left, they must be somewhere else. Just went by there today, in fact...........

 

I think its bobs north of Imaly City.

 

I heard some of them went to the crusher, but most of the stuff was still out there. I was out there when they did the later auction with all the parts, gas pumps and memrobilia...From what I could tell through the fence, the place was definatley not cleaned out. If you do go out that way, let me know, (not to be imposing) Id be interested in going....- Dustin

 

Sorry, Lapeer wrong city. My buddy just drove by today. Said it's just about cleaned out , with a few storage trailers stacked in the yard. I guess they had a crusher in there last year. What did not sell they s****ped.
