Something new for my wall

    I was out at my gramps old place getting some pics of a few cars and looking at my truck. One of the old rigs had a plate on it from 64 so I asked if I could have it. My Uncle said yeah no problem and then hands me a bucket of old plates from the 20's 30's and 50's.

    I saw someone make a map of the lower 48 states with just license plates; it was pretty cool.

    I was at an antiques mall yesterday and some of the 30's plates were fetching $100+ in ANY condition which was too much, but they were selling.

    Aren't some of those old AZ plates actually made of copper?

    If you have any copper plates hang on to them...they are worth a few dollars..

    Man, the lettering on that 29 Arizona plate is BAD ***.

    Yep. I have 10 or so of the copper plates. Good stuff!
