Nice to see you again and FINALLY see May Cause Dangerous. It's just as dreamy in person!

I like the big letters with the blue glitter but the Fonzi mug really set the mood of the display! :D

It was nice seeing you again and hangin' out for a bit. My dad enjoyed it too. However I was a little bummed about the sweater and lack of whistles...Snuggling was the highlight of my weekend.

    Nice pictures too.

  4. Those pictures ROCK!

    Thanks for sharing!

While all you guys were walking around in warm building looking at cars... I was freezing my *** of hunting for parts at Turlock.

Hopefully they don't do them on the same weekend again next year...

Kirk, it was great sharing the Suede Palace with you. Too bad May Cause Dangerous makes so many other cars look shabby. I heard more than one spectator make a comment that your steering wheel alone may cost more than some of the cars in the room.
You cracked me up with story about Henry Winkler not raising a fist to you! You're just too nice. Shoulda made a snide remark about his sweater.

Yep best pictures of all, and look - no ropes... '58 Chevy lowrider had to be the most maxed out detailed car I have ever - and I mean ever - seen. They must have spent years on that.

Biggest letdown of the show: you get your picture took but where's the Fonz's thumb???

How are they getting the sweet suede paint like on the Shifters' cars? Is it flattener or is it a base coat/clearcoat without the clearcoat?

Great photos, KIRK! Like many have already said, your car looks even better in person, than in all of the photos I've seen.
It was great to meet you, also!

Joanie has the hots for you. somebody better tell Chachie. And would it kill Henry Winkler to wear a t shirt, jeans, and a leather jacket? Damn, he comes to a car show wearing some weird clothes........Glad we got to see you together at last.

This car was recently purchased in this condition from the owner, in the bay area. He hot rodded it back when, then parked it in his garage until he sold it. The price was quite reasonable, as I read. It was covered on the HAMB, last year I think.
