umm just a quick question..how long did most of you wait for your order from coker? i made an order just before christmas online. i still haven't heard anything back from them. i sent an email to store@coker.com, not an angry one, just a "wondering how my order is"

i only ordered two 15x5 rims, and hubcaps with rings.

im up in canada, so was wondering if thats a problem...

    thx

My dad too ordered 2 15x 5 chrome wheels and tires just before x-mas and they told him 2 weeks , well still not here and they told him Feb 25th, he told them to stick it, and he ordered them elsewhere. But I just ordered a tire 4 days ago and it should be here tomorrow. go figure???

  6. it took me 3 months to get the ribbed 16"front runners for my car
but that was at the hight of the gas price and firestone was way behind for some reason
maybe its not there fault.... it could be there supplier

I just got a set of 4 WWW radials, ordered on Monday, one arrived on Weds. and the others on Thurs.
Wheels, on the other hand, come from Wheel Vintiques, a subsidary of Coker, I believe. Last time I ordered from them, it DID take a long time to get (months, in one case, usually a few weeks in others)

They are probably at Canada Customs, with them trying to decide how much they are going to stick it to you . Then UPS gets their shot at you for brokers fees and transfer fees. NEVER NEVER have them delivered unless you are willing to PAY big time.

probably because coker is using companies like wheel vintiques to supply the wheels. if i were buying wheels, i would get them somewhere other than a tire manufacture.

What he said. You ordered wheels. They manufacture tires.

Coker's wheels come from Wheel Vintiques...I ship to Canada frequently...It has taken a little while because of customs...not that long though...I would call them and find out. I get all my tires from them...Jason

I order tools for the shop from an outfit in Canada and it always seems to take like a month, maybe it's the Customs thing.

This is old useless info, but I was so impressed at the time..... Around 1991 I ordered 4 new all white antique tires from Coker by phone around 4pm one day. 22 hours later they showed up!

Maybe things have changed, maybe not. The UPS guy even opened my porch and put them indoors so they would not get stolen.

I would suspect the Canadian shipping myself. I had 2 wheels shipped seperately from a ebay dealer in Canada. One took a week, the other one was 2 MORE weeks after the first one. He could not ship them in one box due to weight.

I ordered four tires and tubes right before Christmas and had them within five days. I also got 10% off being a H.A.M.B Alliance Member. No problem with Cooker here!

About thirty seconds...............just enough time to walk from the office to the tire machine. Coker has a wharehouse about four miles from my house. :D

Just to repeat it....it's wheels he ordered, not tires.......call and ***** a little, the guys in Coker are good, but Wheel Vintiques are pretty slow with custom orders!
