Ever so often somebody will send me a PM asking about the wagon so It won't suprise me if some you don't remember it,,it's been a long running back burner project for the past 6 years,,,and at a stand still for 2 1/2 years! Here are the photos up until now,,,www.fotki.com/hotrodprimer Photo of my recently deceased mother-in-law and the little girl is my wife. The car has been in her family since it was new,,,rotted away and I have been trying to bring it back from the too far gone catagory. ,,,,anyway, today I got the dash back with paint and ready to assemble and thought I would show you guys the color we picked out,,, HRP
OOOOHHHH! I like it! Kind of opposite of what I'm thinkin for mine. I want to keep the Kilarney green inside And paint the body the same. Lookin good! keep us posted!
Boy Danny, you had me worried there. I thought you were going to tell us that you had the car back in your garage.
having just finished a 54,i can appreciate your hard work.the frame repairs alone are huge. do you have good hood hinges? i had to buy a complete car just to get a set. good luck and looks good.
Randy,,you and Ken know all the crap that we have gone through,,,but I think we are back on track,,,note,,I said I think,,Ha,ha . HROP
I try real hard to be a calm, laid-back type of fellow. A fellow with patience But you are way more patient than I could be Glad to see the 54 back on track. .
My '56 Plymouth wagon is in a condition much like yours was originally. I hope to have it looking at least half that good!
cool lookin wagon. nice story behind it. my mother in law had an 85 lebaron....not as cool as a wagon.
man, that thing would be cool chopped and sectioned. maybe some hotrodprimer. lol just kidding man. keep up the good work yall.
cool history and a cool car...I have been working off and on for 8 years on my 54 wagon...so I can relate...
Ken,,,If it came home today,,I don't have a place to put it nor the time to give it my full attention until we get a customers 33 chevy that is in a million pieces out of the shop. HRP
looking good HRP, keep up the good work. I can appreciate where you're at as I'm part way thru a '55 ranchwagon for my wee wifey - ours has a slightly more "colorful" past than your one though, must be nice knowing its been part of the family from day one.
