Hi, I have been reading the H.A.M.B. for several years but decided to join just last week. I'm 52 years old and live in Brown County, Ohio on a 53 acre farm. I have been marred for 31 years to my High School Sweetheart. We have one 23 year old son in college. I have been interested in cars since 15. I started out renting a garage with several guys a bit older than me. We had a lot of fun for many years, working on cars, hanging out and just having a good time. I am an IT Director, with a degree in Electronics and Computer Science. I have a large number of interests, cars, cattle, horses, hunting, and all things required to keep these interests going. My first car was a 1962 Chevy Nova, handed down from my mother. I loved that car and drove it all through high school. My brother and I work on our cars together. We try to do all the work ourselves. Never in a big hurry to get done, most of the fun is getting there, one part at a time. We do the majority of the mechanical, body and paint. I have traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and North America over the years through my work. It's hard finding time to keep up with my hobbies. Needless say progress doesn't come too fast. We always try to have at least something new each year on our cars for the Pumpkin Run in Owensville, Ohio. My current list of cars/trucks: 1950 DeSoto restored about 25 years ago 1937 Plymouth 4dr Street Rod (Buick V6, TH350 trans, 8 3/4 Chrysler Rear End, Cadilac CTS Leather 6 way seats, Lokar shifter, Dolphin Gauges, and a number of other mods, WIP) 2007 Pontiac Solstice (fun car) 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee (wife's car) 2000 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab, Z71, 4WD 1992 Geo 2dr. 4WD Convertible Thanks, Ken Ballein

Mr. Haney, Sorry for the late reply. I just checked my intro thread. I don't know of any Saddlebred horses. I recently joined the Ohio Horseman's Council. I've got an Appy, Qtr. Horse and a Mule (14.3) hands. Hoping to do some riding this year. Ken
