I got this old visor that came in a 51 chevy parts car that I bought some years back. I am wondering what kind it is, what all year and makes it may fit, etc. Maybe it's rare?? Thier is no numbers or markings or anything on it. It is bare stainless or aluminum. (A magnet doesn't stick). I have not seen one like it before with chrome all the way around or iwth louvers on the sides. If anyone has any info or ideas, would really appreciate it. Thanks:)

It is aluminum most likely and a common accessory. Usually they sell for a pretty good price.

I think its name is Steve. We met once in Chicago outside the fifties McDonalds. We ended up in the German-American bar just off Rush Street. He was a bad ***, Steve was. He could shoot darts like nobodies business.

I think this is a GM accessory, ask over at Chevybombs.com Those guys will know. I have seen them many times on AD Chevy trucks.

Hi, I don't know what kind it is but I also have one. I bought it on ebay and it appears it can fit my 1952 Plymouth wagon. I like the louvers, they will compliment the many, many I am going to punch in the hood.

Thats actually originally a GM accessory sunvisor for a Oldsmobile not that rare just hard to find with no pits on the front potmetal trim. I've had a few N.O.S in the box and could never seem to be able to sell them.
