Car is owned by mike shea, special thanks to him and his lovely wife nichole for letting me build this for them.
When I was in school in Allen Park, MI., there was a Shea that drove a shoebox tudor that was blue. I wonder, if this is the son, or even the same guy. This would be around 1956. Neat car by the way, and I will be there to see it. Probably not, I just noticed you are in Kansas.
Very cool Jeff. Wouldn't expect anything less. If your coming through Omaha on your way hope you'll have time to stop. Gary
I hope that our current good weather holds out for the drive up there for you. I love those scallops!
Threads like this make so ready for the eye candy at Detroit. Nice shoebox by the way, I'm diggin the scallops
Thanks guys, what are your feelings on the purple fade wheels? a little too ballsy? I was going to run caps and when I painted the wheels ...........well..... you might as well fade them while your at it, that way when you have a flat you can still look kool. but now I really like the purple wheels without caps. let 'em rip boys, lets here it!
Ah, I just KNEW that those were only roll around wheels and that you must be going to put spinner caps on it.
Hey Jeff, My first impression was Yuk..... But the more I look at the wheels, I think that they are just Ok right know... The purple wheels takes away from your Kustom work, it is too much of a distraction. The sled is sooo kool & cl***y I would run full caps or chrome reverse with spiders. Another great Kustom build driving out of your shop. Cant wait to see it all together. I almost drove up Saturday but I couldn't get the Merc out of the garage. Too much family in the way....May try to drop in this week; I'll give ya a holler to warn ya. Happy Trails, Mick
It's 'bout time you got off your *** and did something!!! Purple and gold is some pimp ****, homie. Mike'll tell ya that.
Yep. it's pimp fo' sho. I prefer something with a smooth, cl***y look, but if you like 'em, run 'em...
